Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit their deposit.

Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for one reschedule within 14 days, with the original deposit retained for the booked service.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment can reschedule at any time, using the deposit for the same service, a different service, a product, or gift card – refunds are not provided.

Failure to attend or cancel within one hour of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and a charge for the remaining half of all booked services, billed to the card on file.
